The event officially commenced with a solemn Holy Eucharist, led by a Rev. Fr. John Zosiama SDB, Provincial of Shillong Province, who in his homily, focused on the event’s theme of hope, urging the youth to embody faith, love, and service in their lives.

Smti. Rosetta M. Kurbah IAS, Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills, delivered a powerful address as the Special Chief Guest during the cultural events.
