M. Th.- Missiology / Spirituality

The M.Th. course normally has duration of four semesters. A student is free to join at the beginning of any semester. It is preferred; however, that one joins at the beginning of the academic year.

Course Requirements

In order to obtain the M.Th. degree a student is required to complete a minimum number of courses and seminars adding up to at least 49 credits. In order that the student may have ample time for in-depth study and reflection he/she will be permitted to do only a maximum of 15 credits a semester.

Every student is required to complete successfully the following course of studies in order to obtain the B.Th degree.

Integrated Training for Laity and Religious (I.T.L.R.)

Objectives of the Course

• The theological formation of the laity and the religious.
• The preparation of animators who will help to bring about an overall deeper faith- formation of communities.
• Leadership in evangelization in view of the New Evangelization.
• The human and Spiritual formation of the participants.

The Academic Year

The academic year consists of 168 working days divided into two semesters:

Semester I : July 10 – December 15, 2020
Semester II : February 11 – June 30, 2020

Though it is advisable to join the course at the beginning of the academic year in August, students are admitted also in the second semester. An official Diploma in Theology will be awarded to the students who successfully complete the entire course.
